Crystal Spirit Magazine is a new literary contribution to the nonprofit community. The focus of this magazine is to profile nonprofit organizations from around the United States that are providing stellar services to their communities.
Each issue will include the riveting stories of 8 organizations, their best business practices and philosophies, and – in particular – the details regarding their journey towards providing stellar service.
Each issue will also include a calendar of events and organizational management resources from organizations across the country, including information on capacity building, program implementation, evaluation and assessment practices, fundraising tips and ideas, grant writing instruction, grant information, resource information and much more.
CSM, as we like to call it, transitioned from an idea to reality as a result of the magazines’ founder’s understanding of the need for nonprofit organizations to have exposure beyond their geographic areas. Due to our country's economic state, it is imperative that organizations are provided the resources that are essential to their success.
The structure and layout of this magazine is designed to make you feel as if you have attended a conference or off-site networking event – without the cost and hassle of traveling. The best part, however, is the exposure and affect that the profiled organizations will have as the readership, subscribers, and distribution heavily includes funding agencies and philanthropists. This will provide funding agencies and philanthropists the opportunity to seek out organizations with like goals, services, and philosophies.
The magazine is published monthly with the exception of July/Aug and Jan/Feb, the first edition is scheduled for an January 2011 release.
